We hope you are looking forward to Hop Harvest Party weekend 2025! Here’s our handy guide or check out our Frequently Asked Questions.
Tickets
Don’t forget to bring your tickets along – either as a paper print out or on your mobile device for us to scan. Without your tickets, you won’t be able to get in!
If you’ve purchased tickets for a group, make sure each person has their own ticket to present at the gates.
Please have your ticket ready to scan at the entrance to make it quicker.
We operate Challenge 25, so if you are lucky enough to look under 25, remember to bring suitable ID!
Wrist Bands
On entry, we’ll give you a wrist band. Please wear this at all times. If you aren’t displaying a valid wrist band, you may be asked to leave by Security. Under 3’s exempt!
You’ll need to show your valid wrist band if you re-enter.
Please be aware that wearing a wrist band is not proof of age. Challenge 25 is in operation so be sure to bring ID.
Parking & Drop Off/Collection
There is plenty of free parking in the field – just follow our stewards’ directions. Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk.
Blue Badge holders may park in the Yard Car Park if displaying a valid badge. Our stewards will direct you.
Vehicles may not be left overnight on site, so please make appropriate arrangements to get home.
For everyone’s safety and as a courtesy to our neighbours, please don’t park on The Street.
Car share if you can!
For the Drop Off/Collection point, just follow our stewards’ directions.
If you have ordered a taxi to collect you from the main entrance, follow our stewards’ directions as they will assist you to find your taxi safely.
Bikes
Bikes can be left at the owner’s risk at the bike rack at the entrance.
Weather
Our events are outdoors so please come prepared! There is an open sided marquee in the Yard, and a marquee in the back paddock (with limited views of a screen on Saturday & Sunday), plus the Hangar (with screen on Saturday & Sunday).
Seats & Gazebos
You are welcome to bring seats, but please look out for the designated areas where you can place your seats. Sorry, we regret no gazebos.
On the Bars
There’s a bonanza of beers on the bar featuring our widest ever range of Tongham TEA, Surrey Nirvana, Hogstar Lager, Hazy Hog Cider, Hog IPA, One Planet Passion Fruit Lager, Toffee Apple Ale, Utopia 8000 and Little Swine Alcohol Free Pale Ale. All available to buy in pints and half pints. Beers Pouring on the Bar at Hop Harvest Party 2025 – Hogs Back Brewery .

Tea and coffee will be on sale at the Tap bar on Friday and from the Coffee Van on Saturday and Sunday.
We operate Challenge 25.
On Friday and Saturday, the Hangar Bar closes at 22.30 and the Yard Bar closes at 23.00. On Sunday, the Hangar Bar closes at 16.30 and the Yard Bar closes at 17.00.
Check out our reusable plastic glasses, to reduce single-use plastic.
Water Refill Stations
Look out for our free water filling stations. Please don’t bring any glass bottles onto site. Random checks will be in place at the entrances.
On the Menu
There’s something for everyone, including wood-fired Pizzas, Pulled Pork, Burgers, Cheeseburgers, Vegan Burgers, Vegan Cheeseburgers, Fries, Dirty Fries, Naans and Waffles. On the Food Menu at Hop Harvest Party 2025 – Hogs Back Brewery
There's ice cream too on Saturday and Sunday too!

Only food and drink purchased at the party may be consumed here (except baby food). Random checks will be in place at the entrances.
Look out for our compostable food containers, napkins and cutlery.
Food stands will close at 22.30 on Friday and Saturday, and 16.30 on Sunday.
Tokens
Don’t forget to buy your tokens with cash or credit cards (excluding Amex) at the stands near the entrances and at the Merchandising Stand in the Yard. All the bars and food stations will only accept tokens.
Token stations will shut at 22.30 on Friday and Saturday, and at 16.30 on Sunday.

Head to the Tap for the Information Point, Meeting Point, Lost Children or First Aid.
Gates Open
Friday – Roots: Gates open 18.00. Music 19.00 – 23.00.
Saturday – Festival: Gates open 13.30. Music 14.30 – 23.00
Sunday – TEA Party: Gates open 11.30. Music & Entertainment 12.00 – 17.00.
Live Music Line Up
There’s an amazing line up for 3 days.
Roots Line Up: The Shires, Bryony Dunn & The Forest and Emma Stevens
Festival Line Up: Chilli Fighters, Noel Fitzpatrick band, The Tarantinos, The Cinelli Brothers, Katy Hurt and Stop Thinking, with Festival MC and Comedian Patrick Monahan.
TEA Party line up: Ed Sheeran Experience, John Wilson Band and Hannah Dorman.

Sunday’s Kids Zone
Open on Sunday for the Hop Harvest TEA Party only, there’s plenty of free family fun in the Kids Zone.
Open 12.00 – 17.00, weather permitting. Height and age restrictions may apply on some activities.
For the dray rides, we’ll be collecting £2 per person donations for our chosen charity.
Hops for Hats
Decorate your hat with our freshly cut bines. Volunteers from our chosen charity will be happy to help. A £2 donation is recommended.
