Hop Harvest Party Weekend 2025 Tokens
Once again we’ll be using tokens at the Hop Harvest Party Weekend 2025 at all the bars and food outlets. This will make it quicker and easier for you to purchase your food and drink.
Here are our handy hints for Tokens 2025:
Where do I buy the tokens for food and drink?
Tokens will be on sale by the entrances for Roots Live, the Hop Harvest Festival and the TEA Party, as well as from the Merchandising stand in the Yard.
You can buy as many or as few tokens as you like with cash or credit card (excluding American Express) at our Token Stations.
You can redeem your tokens at any of the bars or food stalls on the day. We regret we won't be able to accept cash or card at the bars or food stalls so please make sure you get your tokens before you queue!
What time do the Token Stations Close?
Token Stations will close at 22.30 on Friday and Saturday and at 16.30 on Sunday.
On Friday and Saturday, the Hangar Bar closes at 22.30 and the Yard Bar closes at 23.00. On Sunday, the Hangar Bar closes at 16.30 and the Yard Bar closes at 17.00.
Food stands will close at 22.30 on Friday and Saturday, and 16.30 on Sunday.
Will I get change for my food and drinks tokens at the Bars and Food Stands?
No, all food and drink pricing will be in tokens so there is no need for change.
Can I use the tokens at all the Bars and the Food Stands?
Yes!
What is the price of a token?
One token costs £3.

What happens if I have left over food and drinks tokens?
If you wanted to make a donation to our chosen charity, you can put the food and drinks tokens in the charity buckets on the way out, and we will donate the equivalent amount to charity.
Alternatively, you can contact us at festival@hogsback.co.uk to request to use the food and drinks tokens in the Brewery Shop or Tap. By prior written arrangement only, we will be happy to honour a maximum of 10 tokens per person at their face value in the Brewery Shop or Tap within two weeks of the event. We regret that, without written permission, food and drinks tokens cannot be redeemed in the Shop and Tap.
