Renovation Programme Positive Progress
Our 30th year renovation programme is still on-going.
Thanks to all the rain, the much-needed drainage around the hop garden came up the agenda....
Matthew got to grips with digging the drainage ditches.
He may have grappled with the drainage coil…..
…..but he took to driving the digger like a duck to water, which was lucky considering the amount of surface water there is!
The fire exit in The Hangar has been upgraded by Mark.
Facilities Apprentice, Euan, had to wait for a fine day before he and the team tackled the rendering of the outside walls of the Tap.
The windows got a good old clean from Colin after Storm Eunice.
Meanwhile, inside, the disabled loo got a lick of paint and the baby change unit is now fully functioning.
Master Builder, Ben, has been repurposing the whiskey-aged oak barrels into the new bar in the Brewery Tap. They smelled amazing!
Matthew was sorry to see the digger go…..
Find out how the team gets on next time!
