Tickets
Don’t forget to bring your tickets along – either as a paper print out or on your mobile device for us to scan. Without your tickets, you won’t be able to get in!
If you’ve purchased tickets for a group, make sure each person has their own ticket to present at the gates.
Please have your ticket ready to scan at the entrance to make it quicker.
Wrist Bands
On entry, we’ll give you a wrist band. Please wear this at all times. If you aren’t displaying a valid wrist band, you may be asked to leave by Security. Under 3’s exempt!
You’ll need to show your valid wrist band if you re-enter.
Parking & Drop Off
There is plenty of free parking in the field – just follow our stewards’ directions. Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk.
Blue Badge holders may park in the Yard Car Park if displaying a valid badge. Our stewards will direct you.
Vehicles may not be left overnight on site, so please make appropriate arrangements to get home.
For everyone’s safety and as a courtesy to our neighbours, please don’t park on The Street.
Car share if you can!
For the Drop Off/Collection point, just follow our stewards’ directions.
Bikes
Bikes can be left at the owner’s risk at the bike rack on the left as you enter the site.
On the Bars
There’s a bonanza of beers on the bar featuring our widest ever range of Tongham TEA, Surrey Nirvana, Hogstar, Hazy Hog cider, Hog IPA, Friday 13th, Green TEA, One Planet Hazy IPA, Dennis Hopp’r IPA and Little Swine Alcohol Free Pale Ale. There’s also a selection of wines, G&T and soft drinks 2024 Hop Harvest Party weekend Bar – Hogs Back Brewery.
We operate Challenge 25.
Check out for our reusable plastic glasses, to reduce single-use plastic.
Water Refill Stations
Look out for our free water filling stations. Please don’t bring any glass bottles onto site. Random checks will be in place at the entrances.
On the Menu

Only food and drink purchased at the party may be consumed here (except baby food). Random checks will be in place at the entrances.
Look out for our compostable food containers, napkins and cutlery.
Tokens
Don’t forget to buy your tokens with cash or credit cards (excluding Amex) at the stands near the entrances. All the bars and food stations will only accept tokens. Sustainable Beer and Food Tokens at the Hop Harvest Party Weekend – Hogs Back Brewery
If you have any left-over tokens, why not donate them to British Heart Foundation or our local 4th Farnham (Tongham) Scouts.
Recycling Waste
Look out for our Recycling, Compostable and General Waste bins.

Gates Open
Friday – Roots: Gates open 18.00. Music 19.00 – 23.00.
Saturday – Festival: Gates open 13.30. Music 14.30 – 23.00
Sunday – TEA Party: Gates open 11.30. Music & Entertainment 12.00 – 17.00.
Live Music Line Up
There’s an amazing line up for 3 days. We’re delighted Mim Grey joins us on Friday 13th for Roots, as due to illness, Nati will not be performing.
Roots line up: Luke Edney, Mim Grey and headliner Newton Faulkner
Festival line up: Gavin Thomas, John Wilson Band, The Dunwells, Wille & the Bandits, Showhawk Duo and headliner Blurasis, with Festival MC and Comedian Patrick Monahan.
TEA Party line up: The Farleys, Jungle Brew and headliner Kaylie as Taylor Swift plus Beato Burrito strolling Mariachi band.
Sunday’s Kids Zone
Open on Sunday for the Hop Harvest TEA Party only, there’s plenty of free family fun in the Kids Zone. 2024 TEA Party Family Fun at Hogs Back Brewery – Hogs Back Brewery
Open 12.00 – 17.00, weather permitting. Height and age restrictions may apply on some activities.
For the dray rides, we’ll be collecting £2 per person donations for our chosen charity, British Heart Foundation.
Saturday’s Hop Hat Competition
Decorate your hat with our freshly cut bines to win the Best Hop Decorated Hat Competition on to win a pair of Brewery Tour vouchers. Our MC, comedian Patrick Monahan, will announce the winner on the night.
