Ever since the Tongham TEA Club started in 2014, we have had the pleasure of meeting hundreds of members and sharing a beer with them. But it’s time to upgrade the range of benefits including invites to exclusive events, as well as discounts in our Brewery Shop, online store, Tap and participating partners here at the Brewery site.

NEW CARD
You’ll get your own unique membership number and photo ID card. You’ll need to show it every time you make a purchase to get your discount and bring it along to our events. Quote your membership number for online discounts.
EXCLUSIVE EVENTS
You’ll be invited to a minimum of 6 free events, including Tastings with a free Snifter of our chosen beer (1.75 pints).

What is the Tongham TEA Club?
Tongham TEA Club is the Hogs Back Brewery’s paid members club, which offers its members exclusive benefits.
How much does the Tongham TEA Club cost?
£65 a year.
What are the exclusive members benefits?
Members receive a range of benefits including a joining gift, a birthday present, invites to beer tastings and other events and discounts. For the latest benefits, click here.
Can I pay monthly?
Unfortunately, no. Membership is for one year.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes, just select the gift membership when you make the purchase. Please make sure that the name and email address of the person receiving your gift is correct!
Will my membership automatically renew?
That depends on the type of membership you have bought or been gifted. Just contact shop@hogsback.co.uk if you are unsure and they will be happy to help. If you are buying a new membership, you can choose to:
Join for 1 year with automatic annual renewal
Gift a 1 year membership with automatic annual renewal
Join for 1 year
Gift a 1 year membership
Why is the Tongham TEA Club changing its benefits?
The question we are asked most often is whether a member can get a discount in the Tap. Now you can! Plus you now get a range of additional benefits.
What happens if I am already a Tongham TEA Club member?
Members will be given the opportunity to upgrade their Tongham TEA Club membership before 31st May 2024 for £65 for a one-year membership but we will discount this by £3.33 for each remaining month of your current TEA Club membership. For more details, click here
What happens if I don’t want to upgrade to the new benefits before 31st May 2024?
If you decide not to join up to the new benefits package, we will refund pro-rate at £3.33 per month for your remaining membership. For more details, click here.
Where can I buy a Tongham TEA Club membership?
You can buy a membership at the Brewery Shop or online store.
Can I use my membership in conjunction with other offers or on already discounted products?
No, your Tongham TEA Club discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or already discounted products.
Will I get a membership card?
Yes, we will issue you with a photo ID card which you will need to show to get your discount, to quote the number for online orders or to show when you arrive for events.
Can my partner or spouse use my membership card?
Unfortunately not. Only the person to whom the card is issued can use it.
What happens if I lose my membership card?
Please contact shop@hogsback.co.uk regarding a replacement card. There may be a £3 admin charge to reissue the card.
Can I bring a guest to the members events?
You will be able to bring a guest to the tastings events but on some occasions events may be restricted in numbers and it will not be possible to bring a guest. However, we will let you know when we send our your event invite.
What events will you be hosting?
There will be a minimum of 6 events per year. Details of the events will be published on the website and members will be sent an email invite.
How will I find out about the events?

Do I need to send you a photo for my membership ID card?
If you purchase a membership in the Brewery Shop, we will be able to take a photo then and there. If you purchased your membership online, we will contact you to request a digital photo. Once we receive this, we will be able to process your card and send it out to you.
What happens if I forget my membership card?
Unfortunately Hogs Back Brewery and other participating businesses will not be able to offer you discount if you cannot show your card.
If I can’t come to an event, can I still get my free beer?
Unfortunately not. The beer is only available at the advertised event.
If I can’t come to an event, can I give my ticket to someone else?
Unfortunately not. The ticket is only for your use.
Can I use my membership online?
Yes, but remember to create an account with the email to which your payment is linked first so that your discount is automatically added at checkout.
Can I get a refund for my membership once I have bought it?
Unfortunately not. The membership is non-refundable.
