Tap Room all set for Festive season

Look at our brand new cosy Kiln space! The builders have been working around the clock to get it ready for the start of December and it looks like all their hard work has paid off! On Thursday 2nd November we welcomed the Tongham TEA Club for the official opening with the Advent Ale TEA club tasting event and had The Congakeyz performing an excellent festive set.

The kiln has a range of new furniture set up around our roaring fire as well as a new custom-built bar. The walls are adorned with pictures which show the local Hop growing heritage and eventually we will start to add some of our photos from our very own hop harvests.

Our Kitchen is now open too and customers were able to enjoy warming new winter dishes such as Beef Stew & Dumplings, Sweet Potato, Mushroom & Lentil Pie as well as our favourite Stone-baked pizzas and the fabulous Hoppers Sharing Board.
