St George's Day Specials at the Brewery Tap
Come along to the Hogs Back Tap this Saturday for some glorious English fare to help celebrate St George's Day.
Expect such delights on the menu as:
Our take on traditional Toad-in-the-Hole. Baked with Hair of the Hog sausages made with our own Tongham TEA (Traditional English Ale) by local family butcher, Alf Turner & Sons, in a light, crispy beer batter. Served with mash and seasonal vegetables.
Vegetarian option available
Slow braised brisket in OTT £10.50
Melt-in-the mouth beef, braised for 4 hours in our 6% OTT dark ale, served in a brioche bun with a crisp tri-coloured slaw and piping hot chips.
If our sizzling Specials don't take your fancy, don't worry, the usual menu is available. Served from 12 noon to 9pm on Saturday 23rd April 2022.
No booking necessary. Tables available in the Tap Room or the Beer Garden on a first come first served basis.
Child-size portions available.
