St David’s Day Special all the way from Wales

The Brewery Shop here in Tongham may be a bit of an Aladdin’s Cave with over 300 of the most interesting craft cans and bottles from UK, Europe and around the world, but it’s rare that we have a guest beer on draught.

Appropriately for St David’s Day, our guest draught beer is Tiny Rebel’s Electric Boogaloo.  Hailing from Newport in South Wales, this New England IPA is very pale in color with a haze.  At 4.5%, it’s packed with tropical flavours, with a passion fruit finish.  We often stock this sessionable NEIPA in can, but never in keg.  So now’s your chance to get your hands on some, while stocks last!

In contrast, the first guest beer of the year, was Siren’s Broken Dream. The first keg sold out in hours so reinforcements were needed!  The 6.5% breakfast stout, with its rich chocolate and coffee notes, went down very smoothly indeed.

Judging by the reaction to our guest draught beers so far, we will be getting in some more!
