Spirit Materialises!

Spirit in the Sty materialises in the Brewery Shop and Tap!

Our 4.5% heavily hopped, hazy Pale Ale is now pouring.

Featuring Mosaic and our home-grown Cascade in the copper, before bag loads of Ekuanot and Azacca (named after the Haitian god of agriculture) are added for dry-hopping with some extra Cascade for good measure!  The result is a refreshing balance of citrus, mango and tropical notes.
