We use four speciality malts and carefully constrain the fermentation to keep the alcohol low naturally, without using intrusive de-alcoholisation processes. It’s a bit harder to do, but worth it.
Brewed with home grown Cascade hops and then dry hopped with Mosaic to achieve the full bodied, crisp character of this wonderful low strength, full flavoured beer.
Gluten free <20PPM
Ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Wheat, Hop and Yeast.
