Hoppers Help Out
Come rain or shine, the Hoppers are back out in the hop garden…
....this time, they’re dressing the hops ready for winter. Cutting the hop plant right back to the ground level encourages the crop to sleep in order to conserve energy into the roots, ready to burst forth next spring.
