Hop Yard Pale Returns

After rave reviews at Easter when it was first brewed, Hop Yard Pale is back, and this time to coincide with the hop harvest.  Light in colour and just 3.4%, this Pale Ale is a welcome addition at the lower ABV end of our cask range.

But don’t be fooled by its 3.4% ABV.  It has hop flavour by the spadeful.  Brewed with Pale and Munich malt, and a touch of wheat, for a light, crisp base, it’s heavily hopped with home-grown English Cascade hops from our 2021 bumper harvest, complemented by plenty of Mosaic and Centennial hops in the copper for a real citrus burst.  Then it’s dry hopped with US Ekuanot hops, for a blast of grapefruit, and Australian Enigma, for a spicy finish.
