Hop Yard Pale, the newest addition to our Limited Edition range, will be hitting pubs and bars in the South East this Easter. Light in colour and just 3.4%, it’s in stark contrast to O’Hogerty, last month’s 5% Black IPA.
But Hop Yard Pale certainly doesn’t drink like a 3.4% Pale Ale. Brewed with Pale and Munich malt, and a touch of wheat, for a light, crisp base, and heavily hopped with home-grown English Cascade hops from our 2021 bumper harvest, plenty of Mosaic and US Amarillo hops in the copper for a real citrus burst. Then it’s dry hopped with US Ekuanot hops, for a blast of grapefruit, and Australian Enigma, for a spicy finish.
Hop Yard Pale will be in coming to the Brewery Shop and Tap in time for Easter.
