Another summer favourite pops into the portfolio! Hop Yard Pale ale is back in the brewhouse and hitting the Brewery Shop and Tap very soon. It's light in colour and may be at the lighter end of the ABV spectrum at 3.4%, but it certainly doesn't stint on hop flavour!
Brewed with Pale and Munich malt, and a touch of wheat, for a light, crisp base, Miles and the team have tweaked the recipe slightly. It’s heavily hopped with home-grown English Cascade hops and complemented beautifully by bags of US hops. Upfront, there’s Mosaic and Ekuanot in the copper for a zingy citrus burst. Then it’s dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo, for another blast of citrus with some tropical notes too!
Back by popular demand, Hop Yard Pale ale certainly hits the spot on a sunny, summer evening!
