High Spirit!

Spirit in the Sty is sliding smoothly back into the Brewery Shop’s stillage soon!

Our 4.5% heavily hopped, hazy Pale Ale is back by popular demand.

Brewed with Mosaic and our home-grown Cascade in the copper, it’s then dry-hopped with more Cascade, Ekuanot and Azacca (named after the Haitian god of agriculture).  With a beautiful blend of citrus, mango and tropical fruit notes, it’s mellow, moreish and perfect for a sunny afternoon.
