Hop Yard Pale to go Gluten Free
Our limited edition beer in the brewhouse this week has something missing. Gluten! Samples of Hop Yard Pale will be sent off for official testing next week.

Although brewed in the traditional way with malted barley, the gluten levels are carefully managed through the key mashing in and fermentation stages by the brew team to produce a 3.4% beer that is just bursting with flavour. Each batch is sent off to be independently tested to make sure the gluten levels are less than 20 ppm [or parts per million].

Our full-hopped 3.4% Pale Ale is brimming with home-grown English Cascade and complemented with Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot hops in the copper, before dry hopping with Calypso and Amarillo, for a full-on refreshing burst of zingy citrus.
So look out for our gluten free logo on the Hop Yard Pale coming soon to the Brewery Shop and Tap. By the way, we’ve got plans to launch gluten free Hop Yard Pale in cans soon too!
