Silver Stallion Rides Again
The Brew Team tackle another Exmoor favourite this week with their first batch of Silver Stallion.
First brewed back in 2005 to celebrate Exmoor’s 25th Anniversary, the 4.3% limited edition Exmoor Silver Stallion cask ale is back in the mix.
Chestnut in colour, this bitter boasts a robust flavour, with fresh, fruity notes balancing the biscuity malt base. Expect hints of blackcurrant, citrus and spice, underpinned by roasted malt, with a lingering bitterness to finish.
Brewed with a selection of English hops together with a pinch of chocolate malt alongside Pale in the mash.
