Burns Night at the Brewery
Join us for a special Burns Night celebration on Friday 27th January at the Tap. With a traditional ceilidh and three course meal, two drinks and, of course, a little dram of something special for the address.
D'Arcy Spice will be making a welcome to lead the ceilidh. Last year, amid a mass of tartan, there was plenty of dancing! So we hope for the same this year.

Sharing Board Starters (served to your table)
Smoked salmon & potted salmon with pickled shaved cucumber, fresh breads & butter (gluten free and dairy free options available*)
Chargrilled mixed vegetables and hummus with fresh breads (suitable for vegetarian/vegan. Gluten free option available*)
Haggis-stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon served with a whisky cream & mustard sauce, buttered new potatoes, seasonal vegetables (gluten free and dairy free options available*)
Vegan Scottish Pie (vegan mince, vegan haggis, carrots & onions in a rich vegan gravy topped with sliced potatoes served with seasonal vegtables) (gluten free option available*)
Desserts (served to your table)
Tipsy Laird – whisky-soaked sponge cake, fresh raspberries, topped with custard, finished with whipped cream & oat crumble (gluten free and vegan options available*)
Tea & Coffee to follow
Tea & coffee will be available from the food buffet station after the meal until 9:30pm
*If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please detail these in the “Special Request” box at time of booking. All vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free or any other allergy free alternatives must be ordered in advance, by Sunday 22nd January latest.
Booking open shortly and is essential! Tickets cost £42 per person.
Ticket includes: 3 course meal + 2 pints or 2 small glasses of house wine or 2 soft drinks + shot of whisky (or non-alcoholic alternative) with the address + tea & coffee post-meal.
Doors open from 6pm
Food service from 7:30pm-8.30pm
Ceilidh from 9pm-10:30pm
