Brewery Shop and tours re-open to visitors from Monday!
After 15 months of being closed to our customers, the Brewery Shop re-opens for browsing from Monday 19th July. The shop is widely regarded as one of the best places in the South to pick up incredible craft beer from around the UK and hard-to-get International beers (including our wide Belgian selection) alongside our brewery fresh and bottled beer & cider.
What’s new in the shop?
To give customers more space to spread out when browsing, we have taken a few steps to make sure our customers feel safe when coming in to browse. Firstly, we are installing a new door for the shop so we can operate an in/out system and it will provide ramped access to the downstairs of the shop, meaning it will be wheelchair accessible for the first time. Upstairs, beers will be spaced out more on tables too so people can spread out whilst browsing the new range. Our staff will continue to wear masks when serving customers and we would also advise customers to do the same when inside, though it will not be mandatory.
Our Summer shop hours will be:
Monday 10am - 5pm
Tuesday & Wednesday 10am - 6pm
Thursday & Friday 10am - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 8pm
Sunday 10am - 4:30pm
Fridays and Saturdays will continue to be our busiest days. Why not consider using our Click & Collect service online to do the browsing online and speed up your visit? If you would like advice on buying beer as a gift or would like to discuss a larger beer order for events and functions like weddings, we would advise calling in advance and arranging a time to visit at a quieter day of the week. What about the Drive-through?
Our Drive-through has been so popular, we are continuing it! It is perfect for customers who are using our click & collect service or are just popping by for a case or 2 or some Brewery fresh beer.
The Drive-through operating hours will be:

Tuesday & Wednesday 10am - 6pm
Thursday & Friday 10am - 6pm
Saturday 10am - 6pm
Sunday 10am - 4:30pm
Brewery tours are back!
We will also be recommencing our legendary Brewery Tours from Thursday 22nd July. There will be 8 every weekend throughout the summer:

We have reformatted the tours to include some new video elements giving visitors a glance behind the scenes at the brewing process and at the year’s work in the Hop Garden. While we will make sure all the areas on the tour are well ventilated, if you are at all concerned, we would recommend bringing a face mask to wear in these areas. Our guides will not be wearing a mask so you can hear them over the background brewing noises. We will have a supply of disposable masks available in case you forget to bring one. The tours finish with a visit to the shop so you can purchase anything you might have tried and enjoyed.
Walk amongst the Hops in our Garden tours
You also have the chance to take join a Hop Garden tour which run every Thursday evening in July and August. Beer sampling remains an important part of the tours and you will enjoy several over the course of the brewery or hop garden tour!
