Pulled Firecracker Brisket
Slow roasted brisket in a smoky sauce with a hint of chilli, served in a brioche bun, with coleslaw and skin on fries
Squash, Sage & Butter Bean Hot Pot
Butternut squash, chunky vegetables and butter beans in a creamy sage sauce served with fluffy mashed potatoes
Parkin & custard
Traditional Parkin served with custard or vanilla ice cream
Toffee apple crumble
Apples in a light toffee sauce, topped with golden crumble and served with custard or ice cream
