Finance Manager
We're hiring for a Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Purchase Ledger – coding/processing invoices/entering on accounts system/supplier payment runs
Management of aged debtors & credit control
Reconciliation bank current account & invoice finance account
Coordinate input of shop & bar sales on daily basis
Monthly account reconciliations
Assist with monthly stock take and provide support where necessary
Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
Cash flow management
Cash handling
Support to Financial Controller
General office support where necessary
Systems Used
Xero
Shopify
Brewman
Microsoft Office
This is a process driven role with the opportunity to assist the Financial Controller, depending on experience. Sound finance department background together with experience of working within a retail or product-based environment, though not essential would be an advantage. An adaptable and flexible attitude is required as you will be working within a small office environment.
