TTC Event - Thursday 9th July

New and exclusive for Tongham TEA Club members only, you are welcome to bring along one guest.

On the night, head to the Hangar to check in. 

Beers will be served to you, so no need for beer vouchers on this occasion.

18.00 – 18.30  Check in at the marquee in front of the Hangar

18.35  Welcome and Introduction to the evening from MD Miles in the Beer Garden

18.40 – 20.00  Beer & BBQ Food Pairings in the Hangar

After watching Simon from Surrey Hills Butchers demo his renowned BBQ skills outdoors, please make your way into the Hangar and take a seat for the Beer & BBQ Food Pairings.

Mini samples from the BBQ will be brought to your table for you to try.

Beer Sommelier Gina will introduce a specially paired beer. There will be Snorters of this beer on the table for you to pour yourself.

Alongside your glass, on the table you will find a sheet to jot down your thoughts, plus water for you to rinse your glass and a jug for any dregs.

You’ll be trying three different mini BBQ meat samples and beers, each pairing will be introduced separately.

You are welcome to watch Simon at the BBQ or to remain in your seat.

20.00 Feedback and finish

Please note: the BBQ mini samples will be meat.  We regret on this occasion we are not able to offer vegetarian, vegan or gluten free BBQ mini alternatives.

If you arrive after 18.30, you are welcome to join the Beer & Food Pairing in the Hangar for what remains of the session.

You are welcome to stay on after the event. Additional drinks may be purchased at the Tap bar. Don’t forget your usual TTC 10% discount on beers! Food can be ordered as normal.
