Our latest limited edition cask ale is 4.5% Hog APA. Our take on an American Pale Ale is brimming with US Mosaic hops and home-grown English Cascade in the copper, then dry hopped with both varieties, bringing a blend of floral and citrus tones, beautifully balanced with subtle malt notes. Full of flavour, with a characteristic long, dry finish.
