Inspired by the unique flavours of the majestic Yuzu alongside modern ultra low intervention natural white wines ; this beer also contains smoked salt and koji to give minerality, salinity and a touch of complex umami ; subtle and balanced throughout.  Immensely drinkable elegant and refined.

Brewed with 100% solar power, with absolute minimal intervention at every processing step allowing the ingredients to be presented as close to their natural taste alongside encouraging further development of our unique evolving farm “terroir”.  Bottle conditioned beer. Contains sediment, please allow 24 hours at fridge temperature stored upright and pour carefully.
