Hazy Hog is our gently sparkling full-flavoured cider with a fine haze. Made from 100% English bittersweet apples using traditional methods, by adding back the bittersweet apple juice after fermentation and part maturation in large oak vats, which creates Cidre Doux style of Brittany and Normandy and intensifies its flavour.
It's then ready for you to sit back and enjoy those beautifully hazy, lazy English summer days.....and even the overcast days will become refreshingly cloudy.
