What happens if I lose my ticket?

Please contact festival@hogsback.co.uk  as soon as possible

You must not photocopy or share your invite/ticket or accept a photocopied or shared ticket.

What happens if I forget my ticket on the day?

Only individuals with a ticket will be allowed to enter the site. If you have booked online, please bring a printout of your ticket or show it to us on your phone or mobile device.

If you don’t show your ticket, you will be required to purchase a new ticket on the door, if tickets are still available.

Can I get a refund for my ticket if I can no longer make it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets.

Can I get a refund for unused food and drinks tokens?

Unused food and drinks tokens can be donated to our chosen charity in the collecting buckets on the day or in the Brewery Shop and Tap for 2 weeks after the event.  Alternatively you can contact us at festival@hogsback.co.uk to request to use the tokens at face value in the Brewery Shop or Tap.  By prior written arrangement only, we will be happy to honour a maximum of 10 tokens per person at their face value in the Brewery Shop or Tap for 2 weeks after the Festival weekend.  We regret without written permission from Hogs Back Brewery, food and drinks tokens cannot be redeemed in the Shop and Tap.  Food and drinks tokens will not be accepted after 2 weeks.

Can I get a refund for unused Kids Zone tokens?

Unused Kids Zone tokens can be donated to our chosen charity in the collecting buckets on the day or in the Brewery Shop and Tap for 2 weeks after the event.  Alternatively you can contact us at festival@hogsback.co.uk to request to use the tokens at face value in the Brewery Shop or Tap.  By prior written arrangement only, we will be happy to honour a maximum of 10 tokens per person at their face value in the Brewery Shop or Tap for 2 weeks after the Festival weekend.  We regret without written permission from Hogs Back Brewery, Kids Zone tokens cannot be redeemed in the Shop and Tap.  Kids Zone tokens will not be accepted after 2 weeks.

What happens if the event is cancelled in advance?

If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the event is cancelled prior to the day of the event, you will be entitled to a full ticket refund. The refund will be processed to the card used to make the original ticket purchase within 5 working days of the event being cancelled. Please contact festival@hogsback.co.uk in case of questions.

What happens if the event is cancelled on the day?

If, for health and safety reasons or circumstances beyond our control, the event is cancelled on the day, prior to its scheduled start time, you will be entitled to a full ticket refund. The refund will be processed to the card used to make the original ticket purchase within 5 working days of the event being cancelled. Please contact festival@hogsback.co.uk in case of questions.

We regret travel costs to and from the venue will not be reimbursed.

What happens if the event is curtailed on the day?

If, for health and safety reasons, the event has to be curtailed on the day, a pro-rate refund for tickets will be offered.  Please contact festival@hogsback.co.uk for details.

What happens if the music line-up changes from the advertised one?

Changes to the advertised programme are sometimes unavoidable.  We will endeavour to provide an alternative programme of comparable quality and to communicate  this change as soon as possible  We regret we will not be able to offer refunds for any change to the advertised programme.

What happens if the Kids Zone has to close on the day?

It is sometimes unavoidable that an activity in the Kids Zone has to close for a short period of time or permanently.  In bad weather, it is not possible for some activities to take place.

If for health and safety reasons, including bad weather, the Kids Zone has to close entirely, please retain Kids Zone activity tokens and contact festival@hogsback.co.uk for details of how these can redeemed in the Brewery Shop and Tap with prior written permission within 2 weeks.

We regret we cannot offer ticket refunds if a particular activity has to be stopped, or the Kids Zone has to close entirely.

What happens if the Kids Zone entertainment changes from the advertised one?

Changes to the advertised programme are sometimes unavoidable.  We will endeavour to provide an alternative programme of comparable quality and to communicate  this change as soon as possible  We regret we will not be able to offer refunds for any change to the advertised programme.

Will I get a ticket refund if I am refused entry or re-entry to the event?

We reserve the right to refuse entry or re-entry to the event.  We regret no refund will be given.
