What happens if I lose my ticket?

Please contact mark.frogley@hogsback.co.uk as soon as possible

You must not photocopy or share your invite/ticket or accept a photocopied or shared ticket.

What happens if I forget my ticket on the day?

Only individuals with a ticket will be allowed to enter the site. If you have booked online, please bring a printout of your ticket or show it to us on your phone or mobile device.

If you don’t show your ticket, you will be required to purchase a new ticket on the door.

Can I get a refund for my ticket if I can no longer make it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets.
