It may not feel fully like spring yet but our winter menu of Sunday Roasts is coming to an end. Don’t worry, in its place, there will be a selection of spring and summer Specials to tempt you to the Tap.....
On Sunday 30th April, try our traditional Sausage & Mash – browned to perfection and served on a bed of buttery mash with braised cabbage & bacon, and lashings of onion gravy. Choose from Pickled Pork or Hair of the Hog sausages, made by local butcher, Alf Turner, with Tongham TEA. There are child friendly portions with peas too!
On the menu on Sunday 7th May, get your teeth into our home-made, 100% British beef Burger, served in a soft brioche bap with garnish. Add a slice of melted Monterey Jack for a classy cheeseburger. Accompanied with skin-on chips.
