Tongham TEA Club's 1st year anniversary
How time flies.The first year of the Tongham TEA Club is drawing to a close, but we managed to pack an awful lot in. We started the year with our launch party. 
When the weather turned cold, we got festive with our brand new Christmas beer, Mistletoe & Swine. 
There weren’t many takers for hop-planting in December. 
But the Open Evening and Brewery Tours with a Difference in February and March proved a big hit, even if a bit messy! So we decided to run two more Open Evenings in July. Hop twiddling in April needed patience and dexterity. 
The Hopping Hog IPA went down a storm in May, even if we did have 2 different brews! 
The Summer Party raised nearly £1000 in donations to our chosen charity, Challengers. Finally we got to pick our very own hops in September. 
Blessed by the late autumn sun, we celebrated our first hop harvest in style with our own green-hopped TEA.
Our next event will be a Christmas tasting session in December. Details will be sent to all our members by email.
