Tongham TEA Club Hop Twiddling
The sun shone as the Tongham TEA Club volunteers helped twiddle the hops in the hop garden. The hops are growing fast with the combination of warm weather and rain and the volunteers helped train 4 shoots up each string in a clockwise direction. Some of the longer shoots had to be cut back, to encourage the younger shoots, which will ultimately bear the hop flowers.
