Tongham TEA Club Exclusive Event to Savour!
Members of our beer club, the Tongham TEA Club, are in for a treat!
On Thursday 12th March we’ll be hosting a TTC exclusive event in the Brewery Tap.
We’ll start the evening with a beer tasting, introduced by the brew team as usual, with a chance to chat to the team about the beer.
Then we’ve lined up Mel, aka A. Mann, to give a talk.
Many of you will know Mel as our long-standing tour guide of 23 years and counting. What you may not know is that Mel is an accomplished after-dinner speaker and published writer.
His wit and wisdom are legendary, so TEA Club members can enjoy his company in a very special TTC exclusive!
With free beer vouchers for the beer tasting, it’ll be a night to remember.
A brief introduction from Mel.....
"Raised in what I consider to be 'North Surrey', but known to most as 'Clapham Junction', I married my ex-bosses wife in 1969 and we moved to Ash Vale, via two years in Tooting Bec, in 1971. Three children and 38 jobs later , I am semi-retired with writing and tour-guiding occupying my time alongside my model railway and grounded coach (Great Western Railway - 1st Class!) which acts as a summerhouse in our garden".
