Toffee Apple Ale for Autumn
As 1st September marks the meteorological start of autumn, it’s apt our Toffee Apple Ale is in the brewhouse this week!
Dark amber in colour and brewed with a blend of fine English malts including Pale, Wheat and Oats, Toffee Apple Ale is a smooth, well-rounded beer with hints of rich, dark caramel.
Home-grown Fuggles and Cascade hops give a fruity sweetness, but it’s the mix of 100 freshly cut, real eating and cooking apples added to the copper that give the ale its authentic toffee apple flavour.
Expect a tempting toffee treat with hints of fruit-filled sweetness from this 5% cask ale.
