The Fuggles Are In

The Hogs Back Hoppers have picked and dried the whole Fuggle crop a week ahead of schedule, some of it by hand in the traditional style.

It’s a little bittersweet, and yes, the pun is intended. It's been a tough summer in the Hop Garden and every cone counts, but the Fuggles have come off the bines with an amazing aroma.

The English Cascade is now underway, so if you're at the Brewery this week, you might just catch it on the air!
