Terra Tempo is a 100% oak fermented and aged wild beer blendery based here onsite using exclusively home-grown hops for all their beers ; Cascade, Fuggles and a unique heritage hop : Surrey White Bine ; preconceptions of British hops go out of the window here, processed onsite they retain an incredible depth in flavour, aroma and oil and capture the impact and idiosyncrasy of the most sought after hops from the USA and down under without the negative co2 impact of air miles.
