Tap Room Open During Hop Harvest 2025
The Hop Harvest traditionally starts on the Tuesday after the August Bank Holiday. After the extraordinary year of weather so far with a hot, dry spring and our 4th heatwave of the summer, Hop Estate Manager Matthew and his team of Hoppers are set to harvest the 6,500 hop plants in the 8.5 acre hop garden adjacent to the Brewery very soon.
The Hop Hangar will become Harvest HQ, right in the heart of the operation, so is now closed to the public.
But the Tap Room itself, the front marquee and part of the Beer Garden will be open as usual for walk ins and booking.
Look out for the new temporary Beer Garden Marquee, bookable from September onwards.
