Check out our tempting trio of new Tap Specials this weekend:
Spicy Chicken Naan – made with chicken thighs, paprika, chilli, coriander, cumin and turmeric, marinaded for 24 hours, then layered with hickory smoked garlic and chillis and baked. Served shredded on a warm naan with a Hog IPA, bacon and chilli chutney, mint yogurt dressing and salad garnish.

Hogstar Chicken Burger – a whole chicken breast, prepared in a Hogstar brine, and marinaded with fresh garlic and herbs for 24 hours. Served on a brioche bun with baby gem lettuce and tomato.

Bacon Cheese Burger – Surrey Hills Butchers Beef Burger, topped with rashers of prime bacon and cheese, served on a brioche bun with Tongham TEA marinaded pickles.
