Scrumptious Surrey Nirvana Pancakes
With Pancake Day fast approaching on Tuesday 21st February, what better than Surrey Nirvana pancakes. The citrus notes work perfectly in pancakes, so why not give these little beauties a go?
It’s so simple with our 1-2-3 recipe! You’ll need:
- 100g of plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 300ml of Surrey Nirvana Session IPA
- Oil for frying
Mix the egg and Surrey Nirvana into the flour to create a batter. Allow the mixture to stand for at least 10 minutes. Heat the oil in the frying pan. Pour some batter into the frying pan and cook until golden on the underside. Try your hand at flipping the pancake to get it golden on both side! Serve straight away with a glass of Surrey Nirvana. Scrumptious on Shrove Tuesday (to give Pancake Day it's proper name)!
