Pilot plant in action again
The pilot plant is back in action.
Our new 3.8% light golden Limited Edition cask will be the Hogs Back take on an East Coast Pale Ale.
Brewed with Centennial, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria hops, then dry hopped with Mount Hood and Amarillo. Expect fruity tropical and sweet notes of tangerine and citrus for a refreshing treat.
