New Cold Store Cellar

With all the activity in the brewhouse, we’re running out of cellar storage space!  So Maintenance Manager Euan has stepped in smartish to rustle up some more room that will keep the casks and kegs of beers at the right chilled temperature.

It didn't take Euan long to measure up the batons and slot the insulation into place.....

Last to go up will be the stud wall to create space for enough casks from two brews.

The chiller unit is going in shortly to keep the temperature at a constant 10 degrees C, come summer or winter - perfect for storing casks of ale!
