Local Sustainability Festival
If you are out and about in Farnham on Sunday 11th June, swing by the Farnham Sustainability Festival in Gostrey Meadow.
Presented by Farnham Community Farm and Farnham Town Council, the festival brings together local organisations, charities, artisans, food & drink producers as well as small businesses – all of whom share a passion for sustainability.
Running from 12 noon to 5pm, with 40 stalls to peruse, it’s sure to be an afternoon of remember. Pop into the refreshment tent for a pint of Tongham TEA or Surrey Nirvana! The event will be combined with Music in the Meadow, with The Missy Nelson Band performing 3-5pm.
The Farnham Community Farm is a not-for-profit community supported agriculture scheme, supplying the people of Farnham and beyond with a share of its pesticide-free vegetable harvest in the form of a weekly veg bag. Every Thursday afternoon, the team sets up its mobile collection point at the Brewery!
