Know Your Onions

Knowing the licensing laws is an important part of the job if you are selling alcohol.  So what better place to learn than at a Brewery?

This week, we hosted Jackie from Live and Learn UK and her “students” for Personal Licence training.  Jackie put them through their paces before invigilating the all-important exam.  Harry certainly looked confident!

Jackie recently came to the Brewery to train some of our Brewery Shop and Tap team, so we were delighted when she asked to come back again to use the Tap Room as a training centre.  We do so like to see the Tap Room constructively used outside its normal opening hours.

Fingers crossed for a 100% pass rate!
