Our latest cask ale collaboration, this time with Phantom Brewing Co., started out through the brew house this morning.  It’s 4.5%, hazy, hoppy and heading your way soon.

We were delighted when Phantom Brewing Co. first approached us about working together on a craft ale. 

This full-hopped golden beauty is brewed with our home-grown Cascade, from the 2021 harvest, and Mosaic.  It’ll be dry hopped with more of our Cascade, Ekuanot and a hop that is new to us – Azacca.  Named after the Haitian god of agriculture, it’s famed for its juicy mango, tropical fruits and citrus notes.

Look out for a slight haze, a Phantom trademark.

Hot on the heels of When Hogs Fly, with Mondo Brewing Company, this partnership with Phantom is sure to make its presence felt.
