June Charity Quiz Night for ArtVenture
Join us on Thursday 5th June for the Charity Quiz Night at the Tap. Just £2 per person, raising funds for Artventure Trust, the charity offering visual art sessions for adults with learning disabilities for over 40 years in Surrey.
The quiz kicks off at 7.30pm so gen up on your general knowledge for an evening filled with fun.
Artventure is a long established charity that has been offering visual art sessions for adults with learning disabilities for over 40 years. It provides a safe, welcoming space where participants can explore the visual arts, build confidence, socialise and make new friends.
Artventure runs sessions in two studios, based at St Peter’s School in Merrow and Gosden House School in Bramley. Supported by a dedicated team of art workers and volunteers, participants are guided to develop their skills and identity as artists. A key aim of Artventure is to celebrate and share the value of its artists’ work with the wider community through exhibitions and Meet-the-Artist events.
