Hopollo gets ready to lift off

Hot off the press from One Planet comes Hopollo – the new Single Hop Series.

Showcasing a single hop variety in every stage of the brew – in the boil, at the end of the boil, post fermentation or dry hopping – Hopollo 1 lifts off with Krush®.

From Yakima Valley in USA, this hop was released in 2024, a full 17 years after first being bred by the Hop Breeding Company. Bursting with citrus, tropical, stone fruit, berry and woody characteristics, that deliver complex, ripe and punchy aromas – Krush® is a veritable fruit cocktail in a hop cone!

Our new Hopollo 1 featuring Krush® is a 4% crushable session IPA in the West Coast style.  Expect a bright, crisp, thirst-quenching brew, that’s packed full of tropical fruit favours with a subtle bitter, resinous finish.

With Extra Pale malt and the One Planet yeast, this beer is 100% solar brewed from the energy harvested off the 120 solar panels on the roof here.
