It’s full steam ahead for the hop harvest on Tuesday!
Traditionally the harvest starts after the August Bank Holiday and this year is no exception.
Despite Matthew's concerns, the hops have come on leaps and bounds in the last few weeks and are coming into their prime just at the right time.
Matthew and team have been busy running the final checks to make sure the hop picker is perfect and the drying kiln is firing on all cylinders.....
....and the tractor is back from servicing at Hamptons Estate in Puttenham.
So Matthew and the Hogs Back Hoppers can get off to a flying start in the hop garden with Hop Harvest 2024 on Tuesday.
