As leader of Project Green Hog, Steve was proud to accept the Sustainability Champion certificate from The British Institute of Innkeeping. The award our sustainability initiatives such as the new solar panels, growing our own hops, sending spent grain to local farmers as animal feed and using reusable glass flagons in the Brewery Shop.
The award is given to businesses within the industry who go above and beyond to display their commitment to running a sustainable business.
