Hogmanay Beer

Makings its debut in the brewhouse comes Hogmanay. 

Brewed with champagne yeast for that celebratory feel, expect plenty of citrusy notes with a crisp, dry finish for this classy, pale, straw-coloured 5.2% ale.

Home-grown Cascade hops added late to the boil, then dry hopped with Centennial hops, makes for some seriously zesty, grapefruit and floral notes on both the aroma and taste.

There will be plenty to celebrate with this latest limited edition cask coming to the Brewery Shop and Tap soon.
