HOG-manay celebrations go with a swing
The inaugural HOG-manay get-together in the Tap was certainly a success. 150 revellers enjoyed a relaxed evening with friends and families to see in the New Year in true Hogs Back style.
The hog roast was beautifully tender, having been roasted slowly over an open charcoal fire. The vegan Sweet Potato Pie was spicy and warming. Beer was plentiful and many a Prosecco cork was popped.
Winston and the Congakeyz provided some classic cover tracks to get everyone on their feet dancing, before the countdown to midnight with Jools’ Annual Hootenanny. Glasses were charged and the new year was welcomed in.
A good time was had by all!
