Exmoor Stag and Beast bottles arrive
Breaking cover are the latest Exmoor bottles! Stag and Beast join the line up in the Brewery Shop.
5.2% Exmoor Stag strong bitter boasts a good malty taste, with a full-hopped aroma and a long, dry finish, with just a hint of sweetness. Traditionally brewed with crystal and chocolate malt, and a blend of four hop varieties – Fuggles, Goldings, First Gold and Bobek, this dark amber ale is one to savour!
Weighing in at 6.6%, Exmoor Beast is a strong-will, full-bodied dark porter. Brewed with a mix of pale ale, chocolate and crystal malts, and hopped with Goldings, Challenger and Brewers Gold, the dark mahogany-brown colour has a hint of crimson. Revel in the rich aromas of toffee, treacle, Mocha coffee, vinous fruit and chocolate, its complex drinking and the smooth, rich, bittersweet finish.
