Diabetes UK is our 2026 Charity!
We’re delighted to announce that we will be supporting Diabetes UK as our chosen charity for 2026.
Diabetes UK is the leading charity for people living with diabetes in the UK.
“We are Diabetes UK. Our vision is a world where diabetes can do no harm. It’s why we campaign for better care, give support in times of need and fund ground-breaking research into new treatments and a cure. Diabetes doesn’t stop, so neither do we.”
Diabetes UK estimates that more than 5.8 million people in the UK are living with diabetes, which is an all-time high.
During the course of the year, we’ll be donating funds from:
Tickets sales to our ever-popular Hop Blessing on 14th May.
Ticket sales from our Hop Garden Open Evening in August. Date to be announced.
The Hop Hat competition at the Hop Harvest Festival on Saturday 12th September.
Dray ride tickets at the Hop Harvest TEA Party on Sunday 13th September.
Ticket sales from the Carol Concert performed by the Friary Brass Band in December. Date to be announced.
