Christmas on the Hogs Back - Our guide to Christmas shopping
Christmas comes but once a year, so let us spread some Hogs Back Cheer! Throughout December, we welcome a number of customers who make their annual visit to the brewery to get their Christmas beer and gifts. We will undoubtedly get a number of new visitors both in our shop and to our website looking for the perfect gift. Below is a guide to how to get the best Hogs Back presents this Christmas.

1. Pre-order your draught beer for Christmas Day
You can order 20 pint mini-pins or 40 pint poly-pins of TEA, Surrey Nirvana, and our seasonal beer, Advent Ale online for collection or home delivery before Christmas. We offer this beer Bright or Sedimented and depending on when you are picking it up and intending to drink it. Download our Top Tips for Draught Ale guide for our recommendations of what you’d need.
You can of course come into the Brewery Shop to buy your Kegged Ale, Lager or Cider but would advise waiting until Christmas Eve to visit to make sure it is as fresh as possible when enjoying alongside your turkey!
2. Hogs Back Gifts & Merchandise
As well as being able to buy cases of your favourite Hogs Back beer bottles, we offer gifts packs for TEA, Hazy Hog, Gardener’s Tipple, and Advent Ale which come with a Hogs Back Pint glass. Alternatively you can order packs with our full range of bottles called The Business or if you are buying for a TEA-lover, why not get Six of the Best? Still can't make up your mind - then buy them The Hogfather - 16 beers from across the range for just £30!
You can also pick up branded clothing, key rings, TEA towels online and in store which make great stocking fillers or our gift vouchers make a really nice present.
3. Head upstairs in the shop to discover our Craft Beers / International Beer range
Did you know that as well as selling our own beers, our shop is also a treasure trove of over 300 beers from around the country and the world? We have a full range of craft beers (some of which really pack a punch) from breweries such as Verdant and Northern Monk as well as a large selection of Belgian Beers.
All of our Shop team are beer fanatics so if you’re not quite sure what to buy, let them know and they will be able to point you in the right direction.
4. Purchase Brewery tour vouchers
Our Brewery tour vouchers make a really nice gift if you are keen on giving more of an experience as a present this Christmas. Our small, friendly group tours are led by one of our expert and entertaining guides who will show you around the brewery, still housed in the original 18th century farm buildings. You will learn how we brew beer and be able to sample a generous range of our beers.

5. Sign up to the Tongham TEA Club
The official Hogs Back supporter’s club, the Tongham TEA Club is a gift that keeps on giving with benefits and exclusive event invites throughout the whole year. You can meet plenty of other TEA club members at special tasting events throughout the year and can get 15% off draught beer in the Brewery Shop, all for the great price of £40 a year.
